Media General Complex

This $57 million reinvestment in Richmond’s central business district includes a 141,000 square foot office building for Media General’s Headquarters. The building was designed by CMSS Architects.  Phase II included the implosion and selective demolition, renovation, and expansion of the existing Richmond Times-Dispatch building for a total of 156,000 square feet the construction of a seven level parking structure to accommodate 700 cars. Phase III for Media General consisted of the total renovation of an existing 40,000 square foot office building constructed in 1948.
